Southern Ice Skate School - Figure Skating

BRIDGE (Prerequisite Basic 5)
This program was developed to bridge the gap between a beginning level of figure skating and the advanced competitive level of figure skating. A must program for the future competitive skater and/or the recreational figure skater. Class format includes jumps, footwork, splits, instruction on stroking techniques and moves in the field patterns. Skaters will advance from Basic levels 6-8 through the beginner freestyle levels. All students will have the opportunity to participate in our fall competition and holiday ice show.

Saturdays 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.

The Southern Ice Skate School has a comprehensive figure skating program for the aspiring figure skater, including special freestyle sessions, on and off-ice classes and private lessons.

Students in the BRIDGE program can supplement their instruction with our competitive freestyle program. Stop by the Skate School office for more details. Southern Ice is also home of the Nashville Figure Skating Club.
